1. Return Process To return an item, please follow these steps:

• We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• In cases where the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
