Vet Expert Renal Elimination Dry Dog Food 8 kg is a complete veterinary diet for adult dogs with chronic kidney disease, especially when they also suffer from ingredient or nutrient intolerance. The formula supports kidney function while remaining gentle on a sensitive digestive system, making it ideal for long-term feeding.

The recipe is monoprotein and gluten-free – rabbit is the only animal protein source, while brown and white rice are the sole carbohydrate sources. This significantly reduces the risk of adverse food reactions and makes the diet suitable for elimination trials in dogs with suspected food allergy or intolerance.

A controlled level of protein and phosphorus helps to reduce the workload on the kidneys. Peas provide additional plant protein and energy, while duck fat offers a highly digestible source of calories to help maintain body weight, even in dogs with reduced appetite. Linseed (rich in omega-3 fatty acids) supports skin, coat and overall health, and beet pulp provides soluble and insoluble fibre for a healthy digestive tract and balanced intestinal microflora.
