HemoVet 67 mg - Supplement for Dogs with Anemia Symptoms

The product is recommended for dogs to support optimal functioning of blood cells and the hematopoietic system.

The components contained in the product are involved in the process of hemopoiesis (red blood cell production).

Iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin and myoglobin, which are crucial for oxygen transport. Organic iron in heme form is the most absorbable form, with much higher bioavailability than non-organic iron.

Vitamin C participates in the differentiation of hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and supports their protection against oxidative stress.

Copper is essential for transporting iron to the bone marrow, where red blood cells are formed, and affects their proper production.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal) is involved in heme production, the main component of hemoglobin.

Folic acid and vitamin B12 support proper red blood cell production by aiding hematopoietic cell differentiation in the bone marrow.

Dosage and Administration

1 tablet per 10 kg body weight daily.

Administer before or during meals. Tablets may be administered crushed. If the daily dose consists of several tablets, it may be divided into 2–3 portions. Dogs should always have access to fresh water.

Composition

9.8.1 porcine blood products (as a source of heme iron), 13.6.4 magnesium stearate.

Nutritional Additives (g/kg): 3a300 vitamin C 146.3 g, 3b415 copper(II) chelate of glycine hydrate (solid) 98.5 g, 3a831 vitamin B6 2.9 g, 3a835 vitamin B12 0.02 g, 3a316 folic acid 0.1 g.

Technological Additives (g/kg): 1E460 microcrystalline cellulose 586.3 g.

Storage: Store in a dry place at 20°C. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
