Effipro Duo 50 mg/60 mg solution for dropping on the skin in cats - antiparasitic treatment for mite and flea infestations in cats. 

Against fleas: for the treatment and control of flea (Ctenocephalides felis) infestation. One treatment prevents further infestations for 5 weeks. For control of flea reproduction by preventing the development of adult fleas from flea eggs for 12 weeks after application. This product may be used as part of a treatment plan to control flea-induced allergic dermatitis (BIAD) if previously diagnosed by a veterinarian.
Against ticks: for the treatment of infestations of ticks (Ixodes ricinus and Rhipicephalus turanicus). A single treatment provides a persistent anti-tick effect (Ixodes ricinus and Rhipicephalus turanicus) for one week. If ticks are already present in the animal at the time of treatment, not all ticks can be killed within 48 hours

A transient cosmetic defect, such as a moist appearance or mild flaking, may occur at the application site. Based on the experience gained with these active substances in drop-on-the-skin dosage forms, transient skin reactions at the site of application (scaling, local alopecia, pruritus, erythema, skin discolouration) and generalised pruritus or alopecia may be observed after application. In very rare cases, increased salivation, reversible neurological symptoms (hyperaesthesia, depression, nervousness), respiratory signs or vomiting may occur. If serious side effects or other phenomena not mentioned in these instructions for use occur, please inform your veterinarian.
For dropping on the skin.

Dosage The minimum recommended dosage is 8.3mg fipronil/kg body weight and 10mg pyriproxyfen/kg body weight.

For cats weighing between 1 and 6 kg, use one 0.5 ml pipette.
For cats weighing more than 6 kg, the recommended dose is 1 ml, which is achieved by using one 1 ml pipette (or two 0,5 ml pipettes).

Type of use. Remove the pipette from the outer blister pack. Hold the pipette upright. Push on the narrow end of the pipette to ensure that all the contents are in the main part of the pipette. Peel off the detachable top of the pipette for dropping on the skin along the marked line. Pull back the hair on the back or withers until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to evenly empty the contents in one or two places. Take care to apply the solution only to healthy skin and avoid superficial application to the animal's coat or dripping of veterinary medicinal products, especially in very large cats (weighing more than 6 kg).

Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +5 -25°С.
