Delivery

How long will it take to receive my product?

If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, if the product is out of stock, delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on our partners. We will surely inform you in such situations.

Where is my product?

If the product has not been dispatched yet, please contact us by emailing hello@zuzu.land or by calling +371 26332383. If the product has been shipped through your chosen courier service, you can track the package on the delivery company's website using the order number sent to your specified email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I exchange or return a product?

If the product was purchased online, you can return it within 14 business days from the receipt date. However, if the product packaging is opened (animal food, medicine, supplements) or is torn or damaged in any other way, we cannot accept the return.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?

Please take a photograph of the product and email it to hello@zuzu.land, and we will get back to you.
