For lactating cats: if necessary, food may be offered ad libitum. The required amount depends on the number of kittens in the litter and milk production.
For pregnant cats: please note that the required feeding amount during pregnancy depends on the expected litter size. Overfeeding should be avoided to reduce the risk of difficult birth and health problems during lactation.
The stated amounts are approximate and depend on the cat’s activity, breed, and condition. Fresh drinking water must always be available, with the water bowl placed approximately within 2 metres of the food bowl.
