Made from highly palatable and highly digestible ingredients this will help keep your cat fit and active throughout their senior years.

COMPOSITION CHARACTERISTICS AND RATIONALE
The content of high-quality proteins and the moderately reduced content of phosphorus and sodium reduce the load on the kidneys and contribute to the maintenance of kidney function in senior cats. Proteins with a high biological value provide the cat with a sufficient amount of essential amino acids.
EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids that have a beneficial effect on the condition of the joints, skin and coat of senior cats. Also, the increased content of EPA and DHA has a beneficial effect, for example, on the kidneys, blood pressure and blood lipids.
Moderately reduced protein and sodium content, increased potassium citrate content and urine pH ~ 6.6 prevent the formation of struvite crystals and have a beneficial effect on urinary tract health.
Psyllium (sand psyllium husks) – These are soluble fibers that also have gelling properties that absorb many times their weight in liquid. Psyllium is known for its positive effect on the regulation of the digestive tract.

SPECIFIC™ FGW Senior food has a high content of B vitamins and potassium to compensate for their increased urinary excretion in cats treated with diuretics.

Pork, fish oil, fish, sunflower oil, egg powder, minerals (including tripotassium citrate), vitamins and trace elements (including chelated trace elements), maize, psyllium husk, cellulose powder, taurine, dextrose, xylose, L-carnitine. Contains no added artificial colours or flavourings.
