- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Purchased over-the-counter veterinary drugs, veterinary medical products, vitamins and nutritional supplements that require certain storage conditions (restrictions on humidity, light, temperature, etc.
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Digital products downloaded from the internet.
- Health and personal care items.
- Final sale items or clearance goods which are explicitly specified as non-returnable.
- Return Process To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@zuzu.land with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In cases where the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zuzu.land and follow the return process outlined above.
