To make sure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible, please plan your orders in advance and take note of the following:

1. Order dispatch before the holidays

Orders placed by 17.12 at 12:00 will be prepared and handed over to the couriers before the holidays.

We will do everything we can to ensure your parcels leave our warehouse on time.

2. Courier overload and possible delays

During the holiday season, courier services are very busy, and deliveries may be delayed.

We cannot guarantee 100% that all parcels handed over on time will reach you before the holidays, as this depends on the couriers’ schedules and workload, not only on us.

3. Supplier warehouses and product availability

Some of our suppliers’ warehouses do not operate or operate with limited capacity during the holiday period.

This may affect the availability and delivery times of certain products, especially if an item has to be ordered from a supplier’s warehouse.

4. Our working hours during the holiday period

24.12–28.12 – closed, orders will not be processed or shipped.

29.12–30.12 – open, we will process and, where possible, ship orders.

31.12–04.01.2026 – closed again, orders will not be processed or shipped.

Orders placed while we are closed will be processed starting from 05.01.2026, in the order they were received.

5. Recommendation for customers

If your order is meant as a gift or is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend placing it as early as possible, rather than leaving it to the last moment.

Please keep in mind the above dates and the increased courier workload when planning your purchases.
