Studies have shown that the use of sodium butyrate and glutamic acid reduces damage caused by pathogens or toxins and promotes rapid recovery of the intestinal tract.

The biturate in the formula stimulates pancreatic secretion, along with its antibacterial effect. Butyrate acts as an energy source for the intestinal mucosa.
Sodium butyrate also improves electrolyte absorption and reduces the frequency of diarrhoea (Galfi 1989).
Glutamic acid is one of the 20 amino acids that are part of proteins, and its ionised form is glutamate; it promotes ulcer healing, maintains intestinal permeability and prevents intestinal atrophy.

Way to use: Dogs and cats 1ml/ per 5 kg weight 2x daily. For other animal species 1 ml 2x/day. Consult your veterinarian before use.
