KRKA Fypryst 50mg spot-on for Cats, 1 pip

Composition:

• 1 pipette (0.5 ml) contains:
  Active ingredient: Fipronil 50 mg.
  Excipients: butylhydroxytoluene (E321), butylhydroxyanisole (E320), ethanol (96%), polysorbate 80, povidone K25, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.

Indications:

• Treatment and prevention of infestation with fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) and ticks (Rhipicephalus spp., Dermacentor spp., Ixodes spp.) in cats.
• Treatment and control of allergic flea bite dermatitis (FAD) in cats.
• Prevention and treatment of Felicola subrostratus hematophagous infestations in cats.

Dosage: Apply the contents of a 0.5 ml pipette to the skin between the shoulders.

How to use: Remove the pipette from the package. Hold the pipette vertically with the tip up and unscrew the pipette cap. Remove the other end of the stopper and pierce the pipette seal. Remove the animal’s hair along the midline between the shoulders to make the skin visible. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and press the tube several times to pour the contents directly onto the skin. One dose provides protection against flea infestation for 5 weeks. The product is effective against ticks for 2 weeks. In the absence of studies confirming the safety of the product, the minimum interval between applications is 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

• In the absence of studies, the drug should not be administered to kittens under 8 weeks of age and weighing less than 1 kg.
• Do not give the drug to sick animals (systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals.
• Do not give this product to rabbits due to the risk of serious side effects or even death.

Warning:

• The product may cause irritation to mucous membranes and eyes. Therefore, avoid contact of the product with the mouth and eyes.
• People with known hypersensitivity to fipronil or alcohol should avoid contact with the veterinary medicinal product.
• Avoid direct hand contact with the product. In case of accidental contact, wash hands with soap and water.
• In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
• Wash your hands after use.
• Do not touch treated animals and do not let children play with them until the product has dried.

Storage conditions: Store in original package. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. Store separately from food and animal feeding at +5 -25°С.
